Did not give clear instructions about how to activate it during set it up, no allocated phone number, poor reception for data n calls.

To be honest I had trouble with the loading of the e-sim card. I didn't know if it was operating when I arrived in Australia. There was a phone company at Brisbane airport and I enlisted his help to make sure I had it loaded and was it working. I felt I needed either help or more details as how did I know if it was loaded and working. I also learnt that I needed to take flight mode off.
