AtomStack Swift Laser Engraver

The engraver operates exceptionally well now, and I’m happy with its performance overall. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that mine arrived with a very loose set screw on the horizontal bar. It took me several days to figure out why it was engraving fine but not cutting straight lines. Once I finally found the problem, the screw was so loose it was practically falling out. That should have been caught before the machine left the factory. Customer service was polite, but not especially helpful in diagnosing the issue. Without using AI to help troubleshoot, I probably would have returned the machine as defective out of the box. To be clear, this was not one of the belt-tension screws mentioned in the manual. It was a different set screw, and the problem was obvious only after I knew where to look. Looking back, I should have asked for a partial refund or replacement. If another buyer has a similar issue, I would recommend requesting a replacement rather than spending days troubleshooting. Once fixed, the machine works very well. But the quality-control issue made the initial experience much more frustrating than it should have been.

The extra Honeycomb that was "Recommended" is WAY, WAY too small. I guess there was excess of these, waste of money. Everything else seems to be good. I did a few modifications to hold the harness and the Air Supply (Not the 80's group) up and out of the way.

I think its a great laser i build it in 15 minuts and its just working and thats what im liking i dond get a singel problem with it and i dont now any other laser with that power for that price
