Butterflex V Short

I paid for 13 items, but unfortunately, one item was missing from my order. I have contacted Skulpterai several times by email and Instagram, but I have received no response. This is very disappointing, especially as I have already paid for the missing item. I was simply hoping they would either send the missing item or issue a refund — it’s the least they could do. As this was my first order with Skulpterai, I don’t know whether this is a recurring issue or an isolated incident. However, based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. The Butterflex V short cranberry size S is the missing item.
