I have a short torso and the strap isn't long enough to be a crossbody I ordered the white, but it's actually cream. The company told me that they did their best to describe it! They would not let me return it!!!

I love this bag! Super soft and stylish! Just wish the strap was a little longer. As it is, it works as a should bag. Im going to take it in to a local leather shop and have it lengthened so I can use it as a cross body.
