Engraved Name

The process for receiving the item was great, they were responsive and even tweaked part of the final product before shipping it out. However, once I started building the bricks, it quickly became obvious that the instructions and actual bricks were extremely flawed. The instructions made no sense and I wasnt able to complete the build. The bricks didn’t have anywhere to connect to each other and pieces were impossible to build. I fear AI constructed the product because they said they have testers, but if a real human even glanced at this build, they would have realized quickly that it was not a buildable design. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

The instructions didnt match the pieces we received. There was no way to assmeble the pieces we got. When i reached out to customer service, they just resent the same instructions with no solution.
