Chrystal's Traditional Shortbread

Simply put, this shortbread is fantastic. Layered and flakey, and richly flavoured, like decadent pastry. Memory inducing, as my English neighbour proclaimed. She said it tasted like home. Sadly, and to no one’s fault, shortbread does not ship well across the Atlantic. If you are willing to pay the shipping cost, and can understand a few cookies may break or crumble, you will be in for a serious treat. As well, the staff I dealt with were excellent. After an order and shipping computer glitch was corrected, our tin of shortbread was on its way. My only regret is that I didn’t order more. Thank you!
