Packable Hat

This is a nice, packable hat. It is a slightly smaller xl than other hats. Fits a little tighter, but still good overall. Definitely put up with some packing over a 2 day trip and getting folded and put into bags.

Great Customer Service

The customer service was exceptional, but I'm not sure about the hat. It was so smooshed when it arrived. They replaced it, but the second one was only somewhat better. I have soaked them and they are a little better, but the creases don't want to go away. I'm hoping that it will travel as it is supposed to be packable which was the reason I wanted it. We'll see how it does on an international trip.
