Orbit Alarm Clock

I eventually received my clock, and I'm very happy with the product itself. The quality is excellent. However, the delivery process needs to be improved. The parcel was delivered to a local pickup point and sat there for several days, but I was never told which pickup point it had been sent to. I spent a lot of time trying to locate it, contacting customer support and visiting several collection shops before finally finding it. A simple solution would be to notify customers of the name and address of the pickup point as soon as the parcel arrives there. That would avoid a great deal of unnecessary frustration. The product deserves 5 stars, but the delivery communication needs improvement. I hope this can be addressed for future customers.

Very nice clocks. I ordered 2. The box arrived damaged and the glass on one of the clocks was broken. Your customer service was great and immediately sent a replacement.
