They ship the item in just the items soft box and and plastic envelope. The box came completelt destroyed after being delayed for weeks due to "quality control concerns" if they were concerned about that they never would have shipped it as they did.

I have not received it yet … I was going to order the bath bombs but not anymore. This is ridiculous We did receive the product and people save your money , it worked for a day . Absolute junk
