This one was a disappointment. I have several mugs from Adele’s previous tours, so I thought this one was cute, with the lipstick print. Unfortunately, one side is printed crooked/off center, and therefore, the lips are also not lined up with the edge of the mug. It looks pretty terrible. It was also a little smaller than expected. But, at a $10 price point, I didn’t bother going thru the hassle, trying to return or exchange. It is sitting in my coffee mug cabinet, with the good side facing outward/viewable. In the tons of Adele memorabilia that I have,… this would not have been at the top of my favorites, even if it had been printed properly. Just disappointed in the poor quality contol. It is what it is.

arrived damaged but customer service was amazing and was able to get a replacement. would def suggest that they package them with some bubblewrap around the cup instead of just in a white box
