I had a problem with my first order and I emailed them. I got a response right away and they said it must have been bad power supply. They sent me another one real quick just in time for my event. They sent me a whole new unit when it was just the power supply. I was impressed. But they said they’ll give me a return slip to return the extra unit lol.

A great product

I love these units. I can wear my wetsuit in the morning, hang it on the dryer after the session, and it’s ready to go for a second session in the afternoon. I surf everyday and have two of the units. They have lasted for more than 2 years of constant use.
