Its all just marketing using AI video as on social media. Apparently Joe Rogan uses this which apparently he never used it or endorsed it. I can't believe I fell for it. Item doesn't stay in the nose it falls out when asleep. I found the same product under a different name for less than 3 dollars it has the same material size same everything. Highly disappointed. If you try to return or exchange they want you to pay to ship it back to China.

Read before you buy from Respyria.(They also sell other products other than the Nasal Dilator fall out of our noses when sleep redefine them used, I brought 4 boxs that have 4 pieces each, so I asked Respyria for a refund they took me to send them to a address in China once they receive it in China I'll get a refund, or I could take one of their others products. But they only want to send me 1yes1 not 4 that 1 bought box of the magnetic upgrade I would have settled for 2 boxs but will not do that Is not a fair deal at all. 10 text messages back and forth no movement. Refund policy only says send it back for total ( No mention about having to send to China) I'm coming to piont that I'll never get my 💰 back POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUYERS BEAWARE!!

It is a terruble product as it is toi soft and will not stay in the nose it just falls out. Not sure how you can sell these
