Performance Shot + Electrolytes

I like the feeling. Took a bottle did a 20 mile lifecycle in an hour. Measured ketones and was surprised they were 0.3. Lactate was 2.0 and glucose was 111. So it was a solid zone 2 session. I’m wondering if the low reading was from me utilizing the ketones?

Product arrived in perfect condition. I noticed a slight difference upon taking the product will continue on a regular basis to evaluate the full effect of the product overtime. Thank you.
