LOVE these

I had a 10k long run that I was prepping for after a long biking session and prepped these as my snack. Not only did they give me the energy to finish my long run, but I performed better than I usually do! Not to mention they taste great, aren't super thick, and were very easy on my stomach, even when pushing hard.
