Frostcore™ Cooling Mat

I actually ordered a cool mat which unfortunately appears to have been taken from the front garden. I emailed the company who were very helpful and sent out a replacement. It is great my dog loves it. Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we received the product.

I bought this because it’s been very hot for our senior fluff ball. The product itself, is great, we’ve used it to sit on for picnics and the cooling works well. However, our boy is very weirded out by everything that throws off the look. It’s taking a bit to get him to lay down on it without my husband (the chosen human) laying on it too. Once he’s convinced it’s not going to attack him, à la Monster Book style (Harry Potter), our boy falls asleep easily. So, if your dog doesn’t treat new things like a challenge to their trust issues, they will be fine. Bonus: makes a nice picnic mat too. A good purchase!

I purchased a cool mat for Finn as he tends to eat most beds or hump them. It was important it was safe (no gel). So far so good and all he’s done is lay on it! Great communications from customer service also in response to my query.
