Medium Sized Snake Print Backpack

The picture on rhe website showed pink letters on the bag which is why I ordered it for my daughter when I received it the letters were red when I emailed von dutch about it i was advised that the description show red after reaching out to them I went to look it did show cherry pop red logo now when I visited the website they updated the picture to the red letters I had to send it back and had to pay $7 before I was sent me a return label. This is what I was advice from customer care regarding the description and the picture that had on there website why did I need to read the description when I ordered what they displayed on the website false advertisement I inserted pictures of what was on the website and what I received
