Strength of the rod allows me to lift med\small size bass in the boat. Tried this with a similar graphite rod from a different mfg, rod broke. Retailer refused refund/replacement claimed I stepped on rod, pffft.

Great rod, very nice quality, and the shipping was very good. The rod arrived in perfect condition. I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and he loved it.
