Winter Ankle Boot

Advertisement was very misleading. They stated that size 43 is a size 11 to 11 1/2 in US. When the boots came, they were barely a size 10 US. When I contacted them for a return they told me they could give me $15 and I can keep the boots. I asked them for at least half considering I have no use for them. They do not fit their way too small for my feet. They agreed to a $20 refund and that is what they gave me and I now have boots that I cannot wear.😪😪😪

OMG the writing size and everything, I love them so much. I will be buying a second pair of boots. I will be getting back on the web.

I Im very disappointed in the quality of these boots. They look nothing like they look online. They have no stitching they are glued. They did not come in a box. They were bent up when I received them. They were not worth the money that I paid for them and they did not send me the right size I ordered a size 10 and this boot looks like a size 7 1/2. I will never order from Zentara again.
