The design is pretty straight forward. The straps are pretty cheap. My biggest complaint is that the hole for the trailer hitch pin did not fit. It looks like they attempted to widen it after they made there initial cut with a dremel. Overall i would probably not purchase again from them. Great design but poor craftsmanship. For 320$ i would say just sling it into your car.
