Merk Performance

To be honest I was skeptical of Merk and didn't understand why you'd need something different than your "standard whey" but wow was I wrong. Clear whey is a new tool in the nutrition quiver that I regret not trying sooner. Considering merk's actually refreshing, I'm now introducing protein into elements of my activity that would otherwise never happen with a heavy, milky, bubbling-stomach standard whey. We're talking crazy.. like the middle of a blazing hot run and merk is still delicious. I'm an alpinist, ice climber, and rock climber and I'm regularly on huge 12-hour to multi-day climbs where we often have no appetite and even the sight of food can be nauseating. We usually struggle to find nutrition that we crave while performing at our limit. Luckily with merk my search is over!

Five stars. Merk Performance is super clean and easy to drink—no chalky “protein” taste at all. The flavors are legit, and I like that the ingredients feel simple and natural. It’s the first protein I actually look forward to having!
