This product works, and it works great. I’ve noticed the consistency has improved; it’s a focus effect. I don’t write reviews; I never really have, but for this I decided I would. This works especially well as great support when you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or having a hard time focusing. No jitters, no anxiety, no harsh chemicals. I was skeptical when one of the ingredients said "natural flavors." However, the upside outweighs that small amount of one ingredient. I enjoy taking this product. I will definitely buy some more. I bought the 9-can option, so I have more than enough before needing to buy again. Comes with about 15 pouches per can.

Have not been taking for long. I do feel a difference though, especially with my focus! A little energy too! I like it! 👍 Thank you 😊
