Cursive Name Bracelet

My bracelet arrived poorly made, I was aware that the bracelet was a layered one but there was no way for me to wrap it around my wrist twice and the clip is just hanging on there’s no way for me to clip it into the loop, I reached out to customer service to try to resolve the issue and and all I got was a step by step on how to put the bracelet on which is pretty self explanatory, so id say my experience with customer service wasn’t the best and I didn’t get anything resolved with this purchase which left me disappointed.

The cursive name bracelet is cute it was flat so I had to bend it a little bit to curve around my wrist

The craftsmanship is really nice however the quality wasnt as expected. I received my package yesterday and immediately put it on. By the tome i hot home it was already turning colors (tarnished) I was truly surprised.
