Calorie Balance

I am combining these with a change in diet and having great results over the past month. I am loosing weight , feeling less hungry , annd therefore less prone to snack and just feeling so much better. They are easy to take with only beneficial effects. So far so good!

It might be too early for a review. I've been taking the product for a week now and I have not noticed anything different, except maybe more sweating but that could be coincidental. If anything, I crave salty food - peanuts, chips, toast with feta cheese. I am reading other people's reviews as I am typing; I am no less bloated, I am just as windy and constipated. I will continue the 3 month supply I purchased and will review my opinion.

These really do work. More energy less of an appetite. Of course you still have to exercise and they are well worth the money. I’m into my 2nd month in. I’m going to continuetaking these.
