When I first placed the order I accidentally put who was in the photo and not just my husband's name on the card and I had to reach out to their customer service and get it updated and they were very helpful in getting it corrected to just his name. It came on time and it's awesome, really recommend this company.

It came out great.! Quality and weight of it is nice. The gold back SHINES. I was so excited to see it in person and my husband was sooo happy to receive this.! He loves seeing the kids and him on it. It was a wonderful father's day gift. It now sits on his desk. The only downside is it took three weeks to come in, so it was a week late. That's with express shipping too. Also, once it ships out tracking updates are delayed and it's awhile before there's any update since it's coming out of country.
