By acknowledging that there is a problem with the sizing of this particular line. I lost $19 of my discount getting a replacement pair in a bigger size, because it was not accepted or ignored by the company that while one pair of the shoes ordered in size 40 fit perfectly the other did not. So i had to pay for the companys mistake. The replacement pair in size 41 still dont fit properly. I will not be paying to replace these. Very dissapointed, as I bought your 'buy one get one pair free sale' & have in effect ended up paying an extra $19 with only one pair that fits properly. So instead of getting a discount & a 'free' pair I've paid more for one pair. Will not ever recomend this company!

I actually prefer the original pair of shoes I purchased. I'm sorry I don't recall the name of them, but those are delightfully comfortable. I like the second pair, but not as well as the first

Great shoes, great company. I really like their designs - and the shoes are well made, and really comfy - My feet love them. I have 2 pairs. Customer service was exceptional! Really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, effective and fast.
