Everything is great so far. My only complaint is with the charge indicator light: Why did you have to make it so bright? It's rather blinding in the night. It is too bright for my liking. Other than that, it seems to be working nicely. I like the time space between the cycles.

The bristles are not that soft. Worse, the head and handle are too big and wide around! It clunks against my teeth & it’s hard to get the back side of teeth. One size does not fit all. The neck from the brush need to be longer & narrower to avoid hitting teeth. So disappointed!

I have used the non-electric version for a year and my dentist is amazed about how much less plaque I have on my teeth. I was in and out of the office in less than 1/2 the time it usually takes. I just got the electric version and really love it.
