AtomStack P1 Laser Engraver

Great tool allowing me to do what I want. Easy to use once you choose you material which sets the required data to drive the machine. Still trying things and different materials buy fun to use. One small problem the little bar that focuses the laser for the thickness of the material has stiffened up. Great little laser engraver.

For the price, I was not expecting it to be mind-blowing. It is a simple product, compact and lightweight. I found the fan to be quite a bit noisy, and I have had troubles with the Diode Laser module suddenly losing power and being unable to engrave anything, the USB key connecting and disconnecting continuously on it's own, and high speed causes curved or missaligned lines. I have contacted the support and they are doing everything they can to solve the situation, which is a 10+ for their costumer support. They will most likely replace the motherboard and the diode laser module. I have found the small surface to be a bit restrictive, especially when engraving things that do not fit in the enclosure, and require to remove the metal plate and engrave through the hole, as is the case for engraving on bottles using the rollers, which worked great actually. Otherwise, it is as marketed. Just not so fast engraving if high precision is necessary. But you get what you pay for. The exception goes for the costumer support with deserves all praises and appreciations! Awesome people, fast, reliable, and professional.

Perfect laser machine, you have to figure out a litle bit how it works but i am very happy with it! Fast delivery and well packed.
