For me, as an international customer, it is very strange and unsatisfying that your Website, with installation and support documents, as well as your email messages, are all in French. Some support pages on your website do not even allow translation (regardless of the browser one uses)! You should communicate and provide information in at least English, if not in your customer's language. SO, for international customers, I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO BUY PRODUCTS from Octavio. The Stream G2 as a device seems to be good. The LED diagnostics in the app does not work at all - that functionality seems to be dead.
