Custom Script Name Necklace

Unfortunately, I expected a much better quality custom script piece. My name is crooked and does not lay flat when it is worn:( So obviously, it’s not able to be worn. I have contacted Zunaire about this issue and haven’t heard anything back. I’m disappointed in the quality of this necklace and the lack of communication about how to correct the situation.

The quality is as good as described

The name doesn't stay in place it moves up and down.
