Unacceptable

Very poor service. Product never came due to customs problems, said they would send it another way, never sent it. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund the amount. 2 weeks later nothing happened. Don't trust if you are outside of uae. You won't find a solution if anything happens and you'll probably lose your money. Poor service

Silk Route is an amazing fragrance , but the history behind it is even more fascinating, the whole saga spices trade routes. SL provides, as always, the best experience! Souk Dubai is another great perfume with a beautiful background, don’t miss it!!
