I received my package yesterday.
It is NOT the product in the catalogue that I ordered - it is NOT labelled “HardRush” but generic, and it is NOT an oral mint spray but instead a topical spray. It is unusable for what I wanted - an oral spray.
When I asked for a refund - they merely offered a 40% discount on some other product. They then pretend it's legitimate to enforce a policy refusing to refund because its apparently a process of “rebranding” and no returns/refunds are accepted because its personal care product! Seems like a gross breach of contract by knowingly selling a non- existent product then sending a different one.
And they continue to purport to sell the apparently non-existent branded oral spray!
Being disappointed and tricked is an understatement.

Didn’t receive the Hardrush, instead some random spray that you apply instead. Not happy.
