Customizable Badge MA24

The product is excellent but the customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired. I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my order number until after I made a complaint through the chat bot on your website. However, the rude representative that was prompted found the information. I’m a customer, being told “You just have to wait,” is not a good phrase to use if you want to generate returning customers.

This custom made badge looked great. It was made to order and they got it exact. Very nice and professional looking. Thank You.

The badge looks and feels decent, but it was supposed to include two blue stars to separate the upper wording from the lower wording, like in the second attached photo. So, this badge is similar, but not the SAME as the actual badge. I used my years of service in the badge number location. It is still a very nice badge, just not exactly what I asked for. I'm guessing they can not install symbols (like stars), but it would have been nice to have been told up front that they would not place the stars in.
