Mouth piece fell off and was lost in the first week of use

My son lost the mouth piece in the first week of use (2 uses). Not sure if it is at the bottom of the pool or where, but it fell off somewhere at the indoor pool and was not found. Luckily the coach had a spare which he gave us.
