Horrible Customer Service/Slow Shipping

Your shipping policy states that most orders ship within 24 hours. It's now been nearly three weeks, and all I've received is a tracking number with no movement or updates. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication. Emails and messages have gone unanswered, leaving customers with no information about their orders. Delays can happen, but better communication and follow-through are essential. Please do better.
