I was expecting more vanilla, a sweeter kind if scent. It is a very retro smelling scent. It's powerful and it lasts awhile on your skin. If you're into more of a kind of toasted musk, this scent is for you!

Soft, woody, smoky fragrance with an addicting marshmallow-sweet effect in the dry down. There’s orris root, sandalwood, tonka and amberette also so of course I love this, I also get a bit of honey on my skin. Need a full bottle.

I’m glad this is not a gourmand because lately I have not been feeling this scent vibe. Marshmallow Muff is subdued and feels vintage in a way that I’m enjoying. The orris is presented in a way that’s not excepted and I get more sandalwood and powder than marshmallow. Definitely not what I expected but I’m not mad.
