The handle bars literally will not stay tight. They come loose after 5 minutes of riding. The power and tune is great but it desperately needs a better headlight. At 23mph you cannot react fast enough to dodge cracks in the road bc the headlight is so bad. I’m so glad I got refurbished because if I payed 900 bucks for this thing new I would be so upset. I’ve already popped a tire from a sewer hole. Please put none air tires on these!!!!

Took about twice as long for my order to arrive as website said(They Claim 3-7 Business Days and the Shipping Cost is too high), 7days went by and I didn't hear anything or receive tracking.. I reached out with intent to cancel my order if it hadn't shipped.. they delayed getting back to me or getting any answer for a couple days and than they admitted to me that they didn't ship it till over a week after the order was placed. The Scooter box was fine although after doing the typical bolting the rest of the kick-stand and steering column to the scooter... I was about to ride it and saw the rear tire was flat, and more importantly there were two screws that appeared to have been removed and were missing from what seems to hold the Handlebars/controll screen. After I reached out to them they tried to convince me that it was part of what needed installed from shipping and that the screws were probably in the box someplace. A few emails later they didn't seem to understand and asked for photos and than was kinda shocked that they had forgotten to installthose.. and would "did me a favor"by mailing the missing items(which I'm still waiting on receiving so I can have a complete scooter to ride) but sending the replacements only came after I offered to file a PayPal claim. I received Order Confirmation Email on July 29th, 2026. Next week will be 1 month and I still haven't received the missing parts. The quality of the product seems good, The Customer Service is poor.

it’s an okay scooter assumed it would be substantially better than the lime or bird scooters but it’s not really. it goes a bit faster but only on flat ground the ability to climb hills is honestly about the same in fact i think if I weighed more, this scooter would be less reliable than the bird/ lime/ spin battery life is also okay nothing to be impressed with *disclaimer I live in lower pacific heights in San Francisco.
