CUSTOMIZABLE DECAL CHERRY BLOSSOM

The customer service is really bad. There was a problem with the address that I put in, but then I fixed it and they said it would arrive in a couple of days. It has been two months since I ordered. I tried contacting them TikTok through email and none of it worked and I said please let me return it and they just mocked me. I’m never buying from this company again.

Over the sticker is nice. The issue I have is more in regards to the customer service. I had purchased it and it was originally supposed to get to me in a couple days. I ordered it on the 10th it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I sent multiple emails to get tracking info and figure out why i did not receive my order. And never got any response from them at all. I ended up getting my package on the 26th. After i received an email with updated tracking info on the 24th. But no explanation of why my order was late

Didnt get the order right and the decal was late and was too small as well as not being symmetrical.
