The Ivory Backpack

love the fabric, detail in the pattern, intentionality in the pockets & the extra elastic to support water bottles. It's the perfect size to not be overloaded!

Customer service started of well. Went down hill after. I did get a response well after delivery apologizing for no response. Sad that the product did not fully arrive as pictured. The top handle showed as the same material as the backpack. Handle arrived as cord material that is not a very good match color wise. I do like the backpack style and size.

I received it with what appeared like lint balls but were actual small cuts. Like it was poked with a razor. Very sad, because it is pretty pricey
