The jacket took a ridiculous amount of time to get, the company would repeatedly tell me the order would be arriving next week and then of course it wouldnt show up, and the customer service was entirely unprofessional often times not even getting back to me. The jacket was as pictured which is the only reason they are not getting a 1 star rating.
