Incredible device!
My wife and I use it everyday and take advantage of each of the 3 modes. Feeling more energy and getting better sleep. Most noticeable our skin is looking very healthy.

Positive Changes
As I am getting older I have realized that recovery is just as important as the workout and when looking for different methods of recovery I found that this device has helped me improve even though I am not using it on a daily basis with feeling more energetic and ready to take on the next workout.

Energiser
I’ve had this a few months and I have been using the lux vital mode the most and have found it has given me more energy and a general feel good factor ,the d light first go did it for about 60s and it left a bit of sunburn so the next few times tried at 30s that was ok as I’m fair skinned easily burn it’s ok maybe in middle of winter I’ll try again and I have an ironforge unit so I don’t use it but it’s handy to have and the strap was the best addition to this as I’m slimmed built as this makes it easier to hold in different ways S
