Blinky Bot™ Echo

Having problems figuring out how to make the unit work. Wanting to send it to my family in Florida, but I'm not sure if I am correct with the application as I understand it? I Would appreciate more details about this system and how it will work.

Very nice especially having a daughter that lives far away. My pet also loves it 😊
