One is awesome one not so
The one for my back and stomach is a dream but the shoulder one is unfortunately always moving around as the weight kibbles or whatever is in there is not stitched into place. You might have way more weight on one side than on the other and that’s quite annoying..

Love my kosi and snuggle, the soft fabric, easy to heat, great for all aches and pains when still needing to move around and get chores done.

Not great
Packs dont retain heat very long and the packs take to long to heat up if you do it the way it said as per the instructions.
