I’ve never been one to like tracking anything, but I know that to reach my fitness goals I need to do so. This spreadsheet makes it easier because when you use apps, you have to search through all of the food choices to track your own. However, with this spreadsheet while there is some time investment setting it up, when you are done, you have only the food that you consume in there and it’s a lot easier to track them. I also love that I can track all of my different workouts and see my averages for not just those but also average calories and other macro averages eaten One thing that would be a good addition to the spreadsheet is a section where a person could track the supplements that they take. For example, vitamin D, etc. Yes, there is a place labeled supplements but the way it’s set up is not really for pill or liquid style supplements. It’s more set up like the foods. Abby has done it again though. Her spreadsheets are all very thoughtfully created

Exactly what I needed!
I have purchased every one of Abby’s spreadsheets and love them all!. So when I saw she had one for fitness (the only one I had been trying to create on my own) I was thrilled! Her spreadsheets are so clean looking and go above and beyond with features. This one does a great job of logging all of the things you need to track for your fitness and is exactly what I needed and was looking for.
