The ankle area is cutting into my ankles. The rest was comfortable. I found what was cutting was the thread which is an acrylic and that if you don't properly burn it to the end, it becomes a harden plastic. The little pieces of harden plastics on both feet is what cuts into my ankle. I would suggest that this is a sign of hand craft as it is difficult to burn it all the way to the end (I also done leather work as a hobby) but I just think they should review ways where the ending of the saddle stitching to be away from the ankles.

I love the style and comfort of this sandal. I can add insoles for more arch support and they don't show. I wore them comfortably the day they arrived.
