Came open and leaking.
UPDATE! I reached out to customer service who made me whole by resending everything that came open. I have used the entire system between both my daughter and I for two wash days so far. It does not disappoint. I love the mask the most. We will continue and see how much real progess is made.

There's nothing to dislike. I love the shampoo and conditioner so much! It smells phenomenal, and works great for my wavy fine hair and doesn't weigh it down!

Conditioner is FABULOUS, thick, creamy and has great slip. I finger detangled my hair using only the conditioner. I left conditioner in for 20 minutes in a shower cap and rinsed out. My hair was so easy to comb out after rinsing out conditioner. The shampo and conditioner combo worked miracles!!! I recommend all the girlies to try it! Its affordable and works really well. Cardi and her team did their thing!
