My picture, that is meant as a gift, arrived damaged. Apparently it banged around in the box and had a small hole poked in the back.
I sent two photos to Fracture and the next day I received a note apologizing and promising a quick delivery on a replacement. It arrived, as promised, in beautiful shape. Sometimes events happen - they dealt with it professionally . That's all we want.

When I had to return an item and have it re-printed, my Customer Service experience was stellar and first class. The issue was identified through email correspondence, and once determined it could be corrected, my order was swiftly and conveniently taken care of for me without any worry whatsoever.
