Delicate Aux Cable

It appears to me that the aux cable is not robust enough. My 2 kids have been through 3 aux cables in just over 12 months, with this latest cable lasting only about 2 weeks. Great marketing ploy for Puro as I understand that the Puro aux cable is specifically required (ie. not a generic aux cable) for the sound limiting feature to continue working. The USB port on the headphones seems dodgy and the headphones don't always charge properly, if at all, and so now we don't even bother with charging them.

Bad seller

My order was supposed to have free shipping, but I was still charged. When I contacted the seller they asked where on the website it said that and would give me a refund if I could tell her, so I attached a screenshot. No reply. Also the seller quickly removed it from the website before realising I had a screenshot. So sneaky and dishonest.
