Custom Crossed Paths® Bracelet

I had to order a replacement bracelet because the previous one was messed up and becoming unraveled. The replacement bracelet is starting to unravel as well, and the print is off center.

sent me a kid bracelet, printed and not even engraved! Just came as bracelet and nithing else. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
