I’m slowly working my way through the program (slower than the recommended pace). It’s interesting to think of your feet as complicated, yet realize on day 1 of the program that the essential basics are what’s lacking. I’m a type-A who is finally learning that slow and steady is a better approach. This program is beautifully thought out and structured over a series of weeks. Basics first (eg isolating toes, breathing) before complex. Your schedule is laid out for you, which makes it simple
to follow and stay engaged. It’s been a humbling experience for me so far, which is a great thing. It’s made “reprogramming” movement a simpler task, and I’m grateful to have GH guiding me in this non-judgmental and incremental program.

I've felt improvement in my hips when walking since starting the fit feet program. I'd experienced tightness in my right hip, but noticed more freedom when walking a long distance yesterday.I'm just starting phase 2.
