Great everyday Pheonix
At first I thought this tea was fine. However, it’s really grown on me. Oddly, I found that the florals really pop when I make this at a lower temp and steep for a bit longer in a pot— starting 190-195 for about 20 sec. In my gaiwan I get more out of this with boiling water and flash steeps, but I prefer the lower temps in the pot. That said, I find this to be an excellent tea at this price point.

Fleur Oolong
Truly an amazing cake! I’ve never tried anything like it, which makes it all the more special. I would definitely recommend! Pour big friends!
